We are on a journey to glorify God by building an integrated community of Christ’s disciples who come from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
Over the last four decades since its founding in 1985, the Asian Christian Church has served the South Asian community in Edmonton with an active program of Sunday worship services, Bible camps, spiritual life conventions, celebrations of Christian festivals such as Easter and Christmas. The Asian Christian Church has also worked with other churches and individuals to pray for and help those who are persecuted for their faith in Jesus.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ gives meaning, depth and significance to the Asian Christian Church’s quest to celebrate the new life of freedom and joy we have in Christ by His grace and through faith. Our identity is rooted in Christ, the one who calls people from all nations, ethnicities, and cultures to his one global family. He calls us to be his church in Edmonton—a house of prayer for all, where everyone, regardless of where they come from, may worship the one true Lord of all—Jesus Christ.
